Are You Ready to be a Job Explorer?
Disabilities come in a wide range, including physical, visible, and/or invisible disabilities (such as anxiety, depression or learning disabilities), and/or medical barriers to employment. That’s why we do not require medical proof of disability.

Prepare for Workforce Success Early
The best indicator of success in the labour market for people with disabilities is having a paid job in school, according to the Improving Post-High School Outcomes for Transition Age Students with Disabilities (2013 report). So, the more youth with disabilities working, the brighter their future (and ours).
At CATALYST, we help people with disabilities increase their chance of success by working with their schools and family to find them after-school and summer employment.
